Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 Cookies or Biscuits Choose your favorite kind
  • enough Cheesecake Filling From the previous section
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries Fresh or frozen, thawed
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Making the Cheesecake Filling: Soften cream cheese, add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Stir in vanilla.
  • Preparing the Strawberries: Wash and slice strawberries. Macerate (optional) by tossing with sugar and letting sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Assembling the Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches: Spread cheesecake filling onto a cookie, add strawberry slices, and top with another cookie. Repeat.
  • Frying the Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry sandwiches for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serving Your Fried Sandwiches: Serve immediately. Add toppings like powdered sugar, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.

Notes

Don't overfill the sandwiches. If using macerated strawberries, pat them dry before adding to prevent soggy cookies. Use vegetable or canola oil for frying.
