Steak and Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Prepare Steaks:
Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Cook Steaks:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

Cook Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.

Combine and Serve:
Slice the rested steaks and return them to the skillet with the shrimp. Toss to combine and warm through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
