Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillets
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning and 1 tbsp olive oil. Set aside.
Rub the salmon fillets with the remaining Cajun seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil, and lemon juice.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the shrimp around the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
In the last 2 minutes of baking, switch the oven to broil to get a crispy top if desired.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with minced garlic and fresh parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
